How Our Underwear Manufacturing Process Works
A transparent guide to tech pack review, sampling, and bulk production with MOQs starting from 3,000 pieces per style and color.
Production MOQ: 3,000 Pieces per Style & Color
Our standard production MOQ starts from 3,000 pieces per style and color. Final MOQ is confirmed after reviewing your tech pack and specifications.
Step-by-Step OEM Process
1. Tech Pack & Specification Submission
Submit your tech pack with front and back drawings, measurements, size chart, fabric composition and GSM, colors, target quantity, branding, and packaging requirements. A physical sample may also be submitted for reference.
A single reference photo or AI-generated image is not sufficient for quotation. AI images may be included only as visual references.
2. Specification Review, Quotation & Fabric Sourcing
After reviewing the complete specifications, we confirm feasibility, MOQ, sample cost, estimated unit price, and production lead time. Suitable fabric swatches may then be sourced for approval.
3. Sample Development (1st Fit)
Our sample room creates the initial prototype. This focuses on translating the design to reality and checking initial fit and construction.
4. Fitting, Revision & Approval
You test the sample. If adjustments are needed, we revise the pattern and make a pre-production sample (PP sample) for your final approval.
5. Bulk Production & QC
Once the PP sample is approved and the deposit is paid, bulk production begins. We conduct in-line and final AQL inspections.
6. Custom Packaging & Shipping
Goods are branded, polybagged, and boxed according to your specs. We assist with FOB, EXW, CIF, or DDP shipping terms to your destination.
